Permanent Museum Collections

There are rather few permanent museum collections of Escher's original artwork. Escher original prints tend to be delicate, and so museums often do not have them on public exhibition.

We recommend that you contact the museum prior to your visit to see if Escher prints are on exhibit or to make an appointment with their print department for a private viewing.
